Your conversations

MoveMyChats reads and formats your conversations in your browser. They never leave your computer. We never see them.

Stored on your computer

Your settings, your export library and your licence key stay in the extension’s storage, on your computer. They are deleted if you uninstall the extension.

Network connections

• The AI platform open in your tab, with your own session, to read what you export.
• Our licence service, at most once a week: only your licence key is sent.
• Notion, only if you turn it on: directly from your browser to Notion, with your own token. Nothing goes through us.

Payment

JBMC OÜ sells the subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy). We never see your card details. We receive your e-mail, name, country and subscription identifiers. We use them for your licence, support, refunds and accounting. We keep them for as long as accounting law requires.

What our licence service keeps

Your key, your Stripe subscription identifiers, your plan, its status and dates, your country and the amount of each payment (for sales statistics by country). If a payment is refunded or disputed with your bank: its date, amount, your country and the reason given by Stripe (to monitor these incidents and pause sales if needed).

Nothing else

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. We do not sell or share your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to promediasolutions6@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Estonian authority, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (www.aki.ee), or to the authority in your country.
